A delightful breakfast of French Toast made with soft Hawaiian rolls, soaked in a rich custard mixture and cooked to perfection.

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and a sprinkle of cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half.
  3. Dip each half in the egg mixture, allowing them to soak briefly.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the soaked rolls in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes each.
  6. Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.

Notes

Adjust cinnamon to your taste and feel free to add nutmeg or chocolate chips for variations.
