A quick and tasty meal that combines sweet honey and tangy lime, creating a delicious marinade for chicken, served with creamy avocado, black beans, and rice.

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the honey lime mixture for at least 30 minutes.
