A delightful Italian dessert combining the creaminess of mascarpone and the vibrant tartness of fresh raspberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream together with mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Dip ladyfinger cookies in the cooled espresso briefly and arrange them in a serving dish.
  3. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of ladyfingers.
  4. Add fresh raspberries generously on top.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of raspberries.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with extra raspberries before serving.

Notes

Use fresh raspberries for the best results. Allow the tiramisu to chill adequately for enhanced flavors.
