Decadent fudgy brownies loaded with chocolate sandwich cookies and chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter, then stir in the granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed cookies and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
