Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

A delicious twist on a classic favorite, bringing together crispy garlic bread and gooey cheese for the ultimate comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of garlic bread
  • 12 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • Butter (for grilling)
  • Optional: tomato slices, herbs, other fillings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of garlic bread.
  3. Place one slice of garlic bread butter-side down in the skillet.
  4. Add your slices of cheese on top of the bread.
  5. Gently place the second slice of garlic bread butter-side up on top of the cheese.
  6. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the skillet, cut, and serve warm.

Notes

For a crispy reheat, pop leftovers back in the skillet for a few minutes.
