Instructions

  1. Cook Your Bowtie Pasta: Start by boiling water in a large pot. Once it’s bubbling, toss in your bowtie pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the Olive Oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat before adding the chicken.
  3. Brown the Chicken: Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add the Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Melt the Butter: Reduce the heat and add the unsalted butter, allowing it to melt and coat the chicken.
  6. Combine with Pasta: Toss in the cooked bowtie pasta and stir to combine, allowing the flavors to meld.
  7. Sprinkle the Parmesan: Add the grated Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and stir well.
