A delightful twist on a classic Caesar salad with tender garlic butter chicken, fresh romaine, and creamy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Cook the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Add the garlic butter to the skillet and spoon it over the chicken.
  5. Toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken into strips and place it on top of the salad.
  7. Add croutons if desired for an extra crunch.
  8. Enjoy! Serve immediately and relish the flavors.

Notes

Ensure the pan is hot enough for a good sear. Use pre-cooked chicken if short on time.
