Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Once al dente, drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring in the Cajun seasoning. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add the parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until completely melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the creamy sauce, coating well.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan cheese for the best flavor and adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
