A delicious dessert that captures the essence of classic s’mores in an easy-to-make bar format, perfect for summer evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar to create a thick, crumbly mixture.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan evenly.
  4. Evenly distribute the chocolate chips over the crust.
  5. Layer mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips.
  6. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the marshmallows.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serve.

Notes

For clean cuts, use a knife dipped in warm water. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to a week.
