  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter, then press this mixture into the prepared pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add Greek yogurt and honey, mixing until velvety.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly. Fold in vanilla, chopped pistachios, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Pour the creamy filling over the crust and spread evenly.
