A delightful grilled chicken recipe marinated in zesty salsa verde, perfect for summer evenings.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine salsa verde, olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate longer up to 2 hours. Can be cooked in a grill pan or baked at 375°F for about 20-25 minutes.
