Delightful pancakes infused with butterscotch syrup, topped with whipped cream, inspired by the magical world of Harry Potter.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch syrup
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Additional butterscotch syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and butterscotch syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Notes

Best served warm with whipped cream and butterscotch syrup. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
