A delightful chocolatey heart-shaped cake that’s vegan and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a heart-shaped cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before carefully removing it.
  8. Decorate as desired and enjoy your heart-shaped vegan cake!

Notes
