  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the marinade in a bowl: honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or bowl and pour the marinade over the top, ensuring all the pieces are well coated.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  5. Place the marinated chicken on the baking sheet, pouring any remaining marinade over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken overnight if time allows. Chicken breasts can be used, but be cautious not to dry them out.
