A creamy, cheesy dip with a spicy kick, perfect for parties and gatherings.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve with tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust buffalo sauce to taste for more heat.
