Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Lemon zest
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix together lemon juice, lemon zest, and mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Spread this mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use fresh cheese for the best flavor. Roll the dough thin for a crisper crust. Experiment with different herbs if you don’t have basil.
