Delicious individual cups combining rich brownie and creamy cheesecake, perfect for parties or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts (optional)
  • Whipped cream (for serving)
  • Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix the brownie mix, 1 egg, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 1/2 full.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and 1 egg until creamy.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed nuts if using.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter in each cup.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and the brownie is cooked through.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least an hour.
  9. Serve with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce on top.

Notes

For a gluten-free variation, substitute the brownie mix with a gluten-free blend.
