  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Creaming together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the eggs one at a time, ensuring everything binds well.
  4. Add milk and vanilla extract, stirring to combine.
  5. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl, then mix with wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter into two bowls and stir in mango and strawberry purees.
  7. Create a marbled effect by alternating spoonfuls of both batters in each cupcake liner.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Prepare the frosting by beating softened butter until creamy, then mixing in powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla until fluffy.
