Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually pour the sugar mixture into the egg whites while beating continuously until stiff peaks form.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
  5. Use the fluffy Marshmallow Fluff as a filling or topping for your favorite desserts.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for up to three months; re-whip after thawing.
