  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Prepare the wet ingredients by combining melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  6. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For extra sweetness, sprinkle sugar on top before baking. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
