A decadent chocolate cake infused with crushed Oreo cookies and topped with a creamy cream cheese glaze, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Additional crushed Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Mix together flour, sugars, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in the crushed Oreos.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Beat the cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar and milk to reach desired consistency for the glaze.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake, and top with additional crushed Oreos.
  9. Slice and enjoy!

Notes
