Delicious sliders filled with ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese, perfect for brunch or a late-night snack.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Sliced ham
  • Sliced turkey
  • Swiss cheese
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Ground mustard
  • Powdered sugar
  • Maple syrup
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer sliced ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese between the slider buns.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ground mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Dip the assembled sliders into the egg mixture.
  5. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown the sliders on both sides.
  6. Transfer the sliders to a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar and alongside maple syrup.

Notes

For added flavor, mix in chopped herbs into the egg mixture or use flavored mustard. You can also experiment with different types of cheese and meats.
