A light and refreshing no-bake dessert made with ripe mangoes, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  3. Gently fold the mango mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes, leaving a little space at the top for garnishing.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves if desired just before serving.

Notes

Ensure mangoes are ripe for the best flavor. Can substitute heavy cream with coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
