Delightful bites of peanut butter cheesecake, coated in chocolate, requiring no baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gradually mix in the graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  3. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat, then place on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
