A cozy and comforting one-pot dish with savory beef and creamy shells, perfect for sharing with family.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, stirring for 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the jumbo pasta shells and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is cooked.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until well mixed into a creamy sauce.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
