  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs together.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
  4. Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large oven-safe skillet.
  5. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, mixing well.
  8. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer, then return the seared chicken to the skillet.
  9. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
