Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs until evenly mixed.
In another bowl, season the all-purpose flour with salt and pepper for flavor.
Dip each chicken breast into the seasoned flour, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then, dip into the beaten eggs, followed by the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to help the coating stick.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Once the oil is hot, add the coated chicken breasts. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until they achieve a glorious golden-brown color.
Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish and send them to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked through.
