Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until nicely coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
