A delightful dessert combining rich chocolate, caramel, and toffee flavors, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil in a large bowl and mix well until smooth.
  2. Grease the bottom of the pressure cooker with non-stick spray and pour the cake batter into the cooker.
  3. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the batter and sprinkle with toffee bits and chocolate chips.
  4. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and set to high pressure for 30 minutes. Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release.
  5. Carefully remove the cake from the pressure cooker. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter until melted and combined, then drizzle over the cake before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
