A vibrant and refreshing salad with fresh cucumbers, onions, and bell peppers, dressed in tangy vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sugar or honey for sweetness

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper in a large bowl. Toss gently to mix.
  2. Whisk together the vinegar, salt, pepper, and optional sugar or honey in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
