Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings: Fresh fruits, nuts, syrup

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, ripe banana, milk (or almond milk), the egg, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour in the batter to form pancakes of your desired size.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
