These breakfast rolls are packed with savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and melted cheese, making them the perfect hearty meal to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of breakfast sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until nicely browned.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet with the sausage and cook until just set.
  4. Prepare the crescent roll dough by unrolling and separating it into individual triangles on a baking sheet.

  6. Roll up the dough starting from the wide end of the triangle towards the point.
