A flavorful and easy low-carb stir-fry featuring ground beef, cabbage, and a savory soy sauce blend.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage and soy sauce, and stir-fry until the cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

Adjust soy sauce based on your taste preference. Can be served with rice or cauliflower rice.
