A quick and simple homemade pizza dough recipe ready in under an hour.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  2. Pour in the water and olive oil.
  3. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  5. Roll out to desired thickness and shape.
  6. Top with your favorite toppings and bake at 450°F (232°C) for 12-15 minutes.

Notes

Use room temperature water for better dough consistency. Add dried herbs for extra flavor. If sticky, sprinkle more flour while kneading.
