Ingredients

  • 1 box of vanilla cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
  • 1 container of vanilla frosting
  • Rainbow Twizzlers for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil; stir until smooth.
  3. Divide the batter into six bowls and add different food coloring to create a vibrant palette.
  4. Pour the colored batter into the pans, alternating the colors to create layers.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. Spread a layer of vanilla frosting between the cooled cake layers.
  8. Frost the top of the cake and decorate with Rainbow Twizzlers.
  9. Slice and enjoy your colorful creation!
