Delightful roll-ups packed with crispy sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheese wrapped in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on each.
  4. Add a portion of cooked sausage and scrambled eggs on each tortilla.
