  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Let them rest for a few minutes before garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
