A delicious dessert that combines chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows, reminiscent of the classic campfire treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Combine chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows.
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread a layer of whipped topping on top and then sprinkle chocolate chips.
  8. Place the second layer of cake on top. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top and sides of the cake.
  9. Drizzle chocolate syrup and marshmallow fluff on top as decoration.
  10. Garnish with additional graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows (optional).
  11. Slice and serve.

Notes

Make sure your ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing. Don’t overbake the cake to keep it moist. Feel free to customize the toppings!
