A refreshing and vibrant watermelon ice that captures the essence of summer with every bite.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon, coconut water, lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
  3. Once frozen, fluff the mixture with a fork.
  4. Scoop into bowls and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for later.

Notes

Use ripe watermelon for the best sweetness and chill your dish before pouring in the mixture to help it freeze faster.
