A comforting and indulgent bowl of Korean ramen, featuring grilled beef and a creamy, spicy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packs of Korean ramen noodles
  • 200g beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 green onion (sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the marinated beef on a grill or frying pan until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Bring the beef broth to a boil in a pot, then add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually 3-5 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat, stir in the heavy cream, and mix well until the noodles are covered in the creamy sauce.
  5. Serve the ramen in bowls, topping with the grilled beef and garnishing with sliced green onions.

Notes

Adjust the amount of gochujang for desired spice level. Leftovers should be stored separately and consumed within 2-3 days.
