  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 60 minutes or overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  3. Combine feta cheese, sour cream, and dill in another bowl for the cream.
  4. Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Serve the chicken with crispy potatoes and drizzle with dill feta cream. Garnish with fresh dill.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Adjust spice levels to your preference and ensure potatoes are spread out for crispiness.
