A delightful dish that packs a punch of flavor with garlic, soy sauce, and honey for a sticky glaze on chicken and noodles.

  • 200g noodles
  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Pour this mixture into the pan with chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing everything together until well coated.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave.
