A quick and easy meal combining tender chicken with flavorful noodles and a sweet garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 200g noodles (e.g., egg or rice noodles)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey together. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the chicken. Consider adding vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for added nutrition.
