A delightful twist on classic cinnamon rolls filled with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cinnamon roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberry puree
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to cinnamon roll package instructions.
  2. Create the cream cheese filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
  3. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough on a flat surface.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  5. Add strawberry puree and chopped strawberries on top.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into individual rolls.
  7. Bake the rolls in a baking dish according to package instructions.
  8. Drizzle with powdered sugar and strawberry puree, then serve warm.
