A delightful breakfast that combines the flavors of strawberry cheesecake in a healthy overnight oat recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with additional strawberries if desired.
  5. Enjoy your creamy, delicious breakfast!

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in an airtight container. You can also customize the recipe with different fruits or flavors.
