A simple and delightful dessert that combines strawberries, whipped cream, and angel food cake, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (12 oz) container whipped topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups angel food cake, cubed
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Add the sliced strawberries and cubed angel food cake, gently folding until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, and top with crushed graham crackers.
  6. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes
