  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, strawberry puree, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  3. Mix in vanilla wafer crumbs until well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  6. Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
  8. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes
