A comforting and flavorful stuffed chicken dish filled with creamy cheese and vibrant spinach.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  3. Carefully cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture generously into each chicken pocket.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and pop it into the preheated oven.
  7. Once cooked, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients and consider adding spices like nutmeg or smoked paprika to the filling.
