  • 1 pound frozen Swedish meatballs
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine the cooked noodles, frozen meatballs, beef broth, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup in a large baking dish. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
