Delicious wraps filled with sweet chili chicken and fresh vegetables, perfect for any gathering.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with the sweet chili sauce until well coated.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  3. Assemble by laying a tortilla on a flat surface and adding a portion of the sweet chili chicken in the center.
  4. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, green onions, and cheese on top.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom to the top.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

Leftover wraps can be stored tightly in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet for a quick lunch.
